at my 2bed/2bath Loft at the Vill

I am looking for a roommate preferably a female student to occupy a 1 bedroom/1bath in a 2 bedroom Luxury Loft at the Village
at Morena Vista on Linda Vista Road, just two blocks away from University of San Diego. The Loft has two stories with a bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. You would be moving into the bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Your bedroom includes a small balcony overlooking the kitchen and living room area, a desk area, large full size closet, and your own private bathroom.

 
Please contact me ASAP as the Loft is READY FOR MOVE IN and is fully equipped with wireless internet, new carpeting, a refrigerator, microwave, balcony, and washer and dryer downstairs. I am currently living in the bedroom/bathroom downstairs and I am looking for a female roommate that generally keeps to themselves, is considerate, private, responsible, and drama free.
