1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

• Complete and sign an online Application.
• Review and sign the Rental Criteria.
• An application fee of $30 per applicant, and the holding deposit will be due upon applying.
• Check or money order should be made payable to The Village at Morena Vista.
• We will accept applications via facsimile, however the original applications must be sent via USPS or overnight mailings.
